Elder Angelia Jackson
Founder/CEO
Angelia Jackson is a licensed ordained elder, mentor, speaker, and administrative assistant who throughout many years has experienced life challenges such as 15 years of drug abuse being homeless with four children while having no one to confide in during that process. Today Elder Angelia Jackson assists women from all walks of life who have been hit with these same life challenges she does this by way of mentoring, supporting, as well as equipping women for ministry career and their new beginnings.
Marcia Harvey
Director of Operations
Marcia A. Harvey is a devoted mother who has always had the heart to serve. Her experiences in life, have pushed her to start several mentorship programs for teenagers. Working with children who are considered to be developmentally delayed, is where her passion lays. Currently, Marcia is operating as the current treasurer of the Breaking Ground Ministry.

Olessor Anthony is a passionate, creative servant, who enjoys assisting families with children of special needs. Being a mother of three, she has helped with the raising of her niece who lost her mother. Keeping families together is her pursuit with her motto being "Be A Help Not A Hinder."
